I would suggest the ventral part of the hand for mild to moderate whining and the dorsal part of the hand for severe whining. (Just kidding!!!)

I know there are a lot of whining but for those of us who have really experienced the watchcare of our Lord and Savior, there should only be thankfulness and praise. Oh, that we could see it more each and every day.
