Some Details about My Ministry (Part 5)

Friends:

It is such a privilege to know the Lord (by His grace) and to be serving Him. I thought it might be useful to take a few posts to share with you some of the ways the Lord is using me.

You know, the Bible tells us that whatever we do, we are to do to the glory of God. For me, that includes sport!  The fifth way I get to do ministry is . . . PLAYING TENNIS! I’ve been playing for a number of years now and am ranked as a 3.5 (if that means anything to you). I have thoroughly enjoyed spending time with mostly lost friends and have had some great opportunities to share the Lord with them.

Presently I’m playing on a couple of teams and appreciate making connections, often with those who don’t know Christ. Would you pray for me that I would be a clear witness, behave myself on the court, and look for opportunities to share a bit of the gospel with my teammates? Thanks!
